    What is the difference between a group and an ERG?

    Great question! MixR was founded to foster human connection and empower employees to build and manage their own communities. Traditional ERGs have existed for quite some time, but MixR goes beyond this notion - allowing employees to actively participate in the creation and management of ERGs and all other interest-based groups.
