First of all, you need to check if your Workplace organizers gave you the right to create a group directly. If they have not done it yet, you may have to get their permission.

If you have full permission to create a group around one of your interests or expertise, we make it very easy for you to self-organize: you can find everyone in the Workplace who shares one of your groups interests and invite them by a click of a button. You can also share leadership responsibilities by choosing as many co-organizers as you want. And you and your leadership team have access to a complete dashboard to understand how well your group is doing.
